PLEASE NOTE: Excelsior College no longer offers UExcel examinations after August 21, 2022. Credit should be awarded as listed below for exams completed PRIOR to the discontinuation of this program. Data in the chart below is based on requirements set by the State of Florida, which are subject to change. 

The Excelsior UExcel College Examination Program (formerly known as Regents College Exams or the Proficiency Examination Program), encompasses exams developed by Excelsior College using national committees or faculty consultants and national studies to assess how well the tests measure the performance of students in actual college courses.

Excelsior College is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSACS) and the Excelsior College Examinations are approved by the American Council on Education.
