  • The EFSC Foundation: Turning Scholarship Dollars into College Degrees

Thanks to generous donations the not-for-profit EFSC Foundation supports hundreds of scholarships for students each term. Applications are handled through a secure online system and every EFSC student is encouraged to apply, with a new application required each term.

  • Career Connections for Students & Local Employers

We're focused on the job market outlook as you plan your education at EFSC, plus our Job Fairs, internships and online job listing network help employers tab into the EFSC talent pool. You'll find a Career Planning and Development Center on each campus.

  • A Cultural Resource for More Than Two Decades

The King Center for the Performing Arts brings diverse entertainment to the Space Coast. Located on EFSC's Melbourne campus, the Center is home to popular artists, Broadway shows, classical artists, dance, opera, family-oriented events and children's theatre.

  • Supporting the EFSC Family with Quality Child Care

EFSC operates an accredited child development center on the Cocoa campus, providing educational options for preschoolers, including a state-funded Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK).

A proud community partner

For more than 50 years, Eastern Florida State College has called Florida's Space Coast home and while we're focused on our primary mission to provide quality learning opportunities — we never lose sight of our role as a leader in the local community. We're proud to have a valuable influence outside the boundaries of our campuses and that's evident throughout this Community Resources section of our website, so look around and connect with EFSC.
