How to order an Eastern Florida State College transcript

Important Update: Fall 2015 Transcript Requests

Please note that Eastern Florida State College will be closed for Winter Break starting at 5 PM on Thursday, December 17 and will not reopen until Monday, January 4, 2016. Transcripts will not be printed nor will they be available for pickup during the break.

• To guarantee your transcript(s) will be processed before the break, your request(s) must be received by noon on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. If you plan to pick up your transcript, you must indicate your intent on the transcript request.
• Transcripts marked hold for pickup will be available in the Office of the Registrar, Cocoa Campus, Building 2, Room 202, through 5 PM on December 17, 2015. You will be notified by phone when your transcript is available for pickup.

A transcript can be ordered online or by email. Online is recommended as it saves time and gasoline. The tabbed box below has information to assist you with your request. There is a $10 per transcript fee. Requests that require the use of a credit card must be requested online. Walk-ins: Campus cashiers can only process cash or check payments.

If you know your student ID and PIN, you can complete most transactions online. If you do not know your ID and/or PIN, you may request that information. Students who have attended Eastern Florida State College should be in our current database and have been assigned a student ID and PIN. If you do not have a student ID or PIN, please call 321-433-7284.

If you need expedited delivery via Federal Express, please call 321-433-7284.

As of July 1, 2013, a transcript reflects Eastern Florida State College with a statement in the legend that provides the College's history of name changes. A transcript does not specify under which college name a course was taken.

• Click on Student Services
• Click on Student Records
• Click on Academic History Record then on Request Official Transcript. If you have a hold, you'll be stopped and can click "View Holds" to see the reason.
• Follow the instructions & check the accuracy of your information.
• Pay the $10 fee, review your info & click "Submit Request."
