Alert:

Classes  and business operations will resume at normal times Wednesday morning on the Melbourne Campus of Eastern Florida State College after a power outage forced the cancellation of Tuesday evening classes on just that campus.

There are four ways to order your Official Transcripts: online, which saves time and gasoline, by fax, in person and by mail. A link to the request form and details on all four methods are in the tabbed blue box below, plus processing information, special instructions and how to track the status of your request. Be sure to review all the instructions on this web page carefully. There is a $5 fee per transcript and payment must be made prior to or with the request.

As of July 1, 2013, transcripts are printed on Eastern Florida State College transcript paper with a statement in the legend that gives the College's history of name changes. The transcript does not specify under which College name a course was taken.

If you know your student ID and PIN you can complete most transactions online. If you do not know your ID and/or PIN, click here to request that information. Most records for students who have attended Eastern Florida since 1986 are in our current database. If you are unable to retrieve a student ID and PIN, you are not in our current database, and you must submit your request via fax, in person or mail.
