Sending Transcripts to EFSC

Eastern Florida State College requires transfer and returning (readmit) students to submit all official and final academic transcripts from every previously attended regionally accredited institution, regardless of length of attendance, credit earned, awarded degrees, or if credits from a previous institution appear as transfer credits on your current school’s transcript.

Failure to submit all official and final transcripts may result in:

  • the delay of the transcript (s) evaluation
  • an inaccurate transfer evaluation
  • the delay to review your records for admission into a limited access program
  • the loss of eligibility of financial aid awards (if applicable)

To expedite the receipt of your transcripts, please send all transcripts electronically from your previous regionally accredited institutions to registrar@easternflorida.edu or by mail to:

EFSC Office of the Registrar
1519 Clearlake Rd
Cocoa, FL 32922

Official and final transcripts must have a print date of no more than 12 months prior to the date the transcript is received by EFSC.

Note: A transcript with courses in progress (IP) is not considered a final transcript. Transcripts sent from the student to Eastern Florida State College via email or provided by the student in an unsealed envelope will not be considered as official. Transcripts received by EFSC become the property of EFSC and will not be returned to the applicant or forwarded to any other institution.
