Eligibility

The Cocoa Fall Festival Carnival (the "Contest") is open to currently enrolled Eastern Florida State College students taking at least one class who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (or who submit a signed parent/guardian consent and release form). Unless directly specificied, employees of Eastern Florida State College (the "Sponsor") are eligible to participate and win, but other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest and their respective immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to win.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on 10/28/2026 at 04:00 PM ET and ends on 10/28/2026 at 04:00 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter

To enter the Contest, eligible students should do the following during the Contest Period:

1. Grab your tickets! Visit the carnival game stations to get started.
2. Choose your challenge! Pick any of the six carnival games.
3. Take your three tries! Each player gets three attempts per game.
4. Earn your tickets! Collect 1–3 tickets based on participation and performance.
5. Redeem your winnings! Trade your tickets for carnival prizes while supplies last!

Each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize throughout the duration of the Contest, regardless of method of entry. Data pertaining to all entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Winner Selection

On 10/28/2026 at 04:00 PM ET, one or more entities working on behalf of the Sponsor will select the potential winner(s) in accordance with the judging criteria (1 Ticket Thanks for Playing! Participation award for trying the game, even if you don't hit a target. 2 Tickets Good Win! Hit a target or land 1–2 successful tosses. 3 Tickets Excellent Win! Successfully land all 3 tosses or achieve the game's top score.) from among all eligible entries in the following location: Cocoa Campus, Bldg. 11 Student Hub. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Students must register and attend one of the November First Year Experience Workshops (11/17 or 11/18) in either Melbourne or Cocoa. Two winners will be randomly selected to receive a set of tickets to the Brevard Symphony Orchestra at the King Center. King Center ticket opportunities are reserved exclusively for 2026FYE cohort students.

Alternative Method of Entry:

Eligible students may email Lisa Casillas from their Titan student email accounts during the Drawing Period to indicate that they wish to be included in the Drawing.

How to Enter

To enter the Contest, eligible individuals should do the following during the Contest Period:

Winner Selection

On 10/27/2026 at 04:00 PM ET, one or more entities working on behalf of the Sponsor will select the potential winner(s) in accordance with the judging criteria (SGA students will view all participants doors and award gift cards for Most Creative, Best Door, Best Office Space, Funniest, Scariest, Best in Show.) from among all eligible entries in the following location: Cocoa Campus, Bldg. 11, Rm. 129. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via video conference, social media, email, telephone, or in person on or around 10/27/2026. If the potential winner(s) cannot be contacted within five (5) days, the Sponsor may select alternate potential winner(s) from among the remaining eligible entries. Any prize having a total announced value of $5,000 or more must be offered in strict compliance with §849.094, Florida Statutes.

Prize(s)

Each eligible winner will receive one prize from among the following:

Five $20 gift cards and one $25 gift card

Prize retail value may differ at the time of award. The specifics of the prize(s), which is/are funded by the Dr. Holly McKnight, will be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution(s) will be permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and subject to income tax. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local income taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any winner of a prize valued in excess of $600 at the time of award must provide their social security number, EIN, or TIN to Eastern Florida State College and shall receive an IRS Form 1099. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use a winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Eligibility

The EFSC Annual Programming Competition (the "Contest") is open to currently enrolled Eastern Florida State College students taking at least one class who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (or who submit a signed parent/guardian consent and release form). Employees (including student employees) of Eastern Florida State College (the "Sponsor") and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest and their respective immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to win.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on 11/06/2026 at 09:00 AM ET and ends on 11/06/2026 at 05:00 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via video conference, social media, email, telephone, or in person on or around 11/06/2026. EFSC Employees need to fill out and submit the Microsoft Form by 11:45 pm on 10-31-26 using their EFSC employee email. The form will be sent via Titan Today during October 2026. Employees may only win once during all 2026 Titan Today Drawings. The EFSC Foundation Office staff and the following Communications Office staff are not eligible to participate: Suzanne Rains, Sascha Lee, Casey Covel, Marcella Cintra, Sam Hensler, Emily Berard, and Danielle Macko.

Alternative Method of Entry:

Eligible employees may email Danielle Macko from their EFSC email accounts during the Drawing Period to indicate that they wish to be included in the Drawing.
