Titan Sign In Details & FAQ
Secure Sign In for Titan Applications & Password Management
It is important to remember that EFSC has many secure sites that require an EFSC email address and password to log in.
For students, that username is their Titan Student email address. For faculty and staff, it's their college email.
The FAQ below has important details about managing your login information and using all the features of the secure Titan Sign In system, plus how to retrieve a forgotten student or staff B-number.
Students EFSC Titan email address and password allow them to log in to the myEFSC Portal and the student records system, known as Titan Web Services. You'll use this same Titan Sign In information to access Canvas online courses, log in to student computers on campus while enrolled, and access student email. Plus that log in lets you access the FloridaShines system, the statewide advising and records system through which you can access an unofficial EFSC transcript.
Titan Sign In, Username, B-Number & Password FAQ
• When logging in to EFSC systems through the Titan Sign In Portal, students must use their Titan Student email address and password or as we call it at EFSC, passphrase, a longer, more secure option. So your username for online systems is your EFSC email address. Requiring the student email address instead of the student identification number, which was an alternate username before May 2023, allows the system to be more secure.
• Your Student ID (also called Student Identification Number) is your 8-digit number that begins with a capital "B" — and you should enter the "B" as a capital letter before the 8 numbers on any anything that asks you to list that student ID. Your Student ID was sent to you in your acceptance letter and email. You can also login to the myEFSC Portal with your EFSC Titan email address instead of your Username.
• If you do not know your student email address or student ID number, or forget them, visit the Lookup page.
• Your Password is used to log in to the secure area along with your Student email address.
• For new students: initial log-in information is included in your acceptance letter and email.
• Previously admitted and returning students: your myEFSC password also known as your passphrase is the password you last used to log in. If you forgot that password, visit the Titan Sign In screen and click the “Forgot Password” option.
• Your Student ID # can also be found once logged in to myEFSC by clicking the myGPS icon to visit the degree self-auditing system. You will see your Student ID listed inside the myGPS system.
If you are not able to obtain your Student ID number or email address through the online options above, please contact the Admissions Office at any campus. EFSC faculty and staff should call Human Resources.
Because your student ID number is protected information, you cannot receive your number over the phone. Your records are protected by the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and will not be provided to anyone other than yourself without written permission.

This may happen if you entered an incorrect password. If you think you entered the correct password, you may try switching to a different web browser or device to see if the same error occurs. Clearing the browsing data (cookies and cache) is also an option in your browser before trying again. If the password still does not work, you might need to reset your password.
If you cannot access your account, try switching to a different web browser or device as a possible solution. Resetting the password by visiting the Password Reset page may also resolve the issue.
