EFSCares Student Assistance Program

EFSCares is a comprehensive support program designed to promote student well-being, resilience, and academic success. The program offers confidential, short-term solution-focused counseling through our partner agency Gee Resolutions. EFSCares also offers workshops, educational programming, targeted support and practical resources to help students navigate personal, academic, and life challenges.

Referrals and Resource Coordination

Students receive personalized and targeted referrals to campus and community resources through EFSC’s Success Specialists. The program helps students identify appropriate options and connect with the support they need in a timely manner.

Short-Term, Solution-Focused Counseling

All part- and full-time enrolled students taking at least one class in the current term may qualify for brief, solution-focused counseling through our partner agency Gee Resolutions. These confidential sessions are designed to help students address immediate concerns, develop coping strategies, and identify next steps. To inquire about short-term, solution-focused counseling please contact Gee Resolutions directly at 321-631-8569. Learn more about services available to you through Gee Resolutions.

Workshops and Educational Programming

The program offers workshops and group sessions focused on common student concerns such as stress management, time management, mental health awareness, communication skills, and coping with transitions. These workshops aim to build practical skills, increase awareness of available supports, and foster a healthy campus community. (can we link this to the Titan Support Center page/or directly to just the sorted support center workshops calendar)

Together, these services create a coordinated approach to student support, emphasizing early intervention, skill-building, and connection to ongoing resources.
