Use Request Form

We love sharing our Titan Support Center space when it's available Monday - Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except when the College is closed. Eastern Florida State College students (taking at least one course at the time the form is submitted), faculty, or staff can submit the form below to request use of the Cocoa or Melbourne TSC location for a meeting, workshop, study group, or other event as approved.

For adequate planning and to ensure availability, please submit requests at least 8 business days in advance. If you find that you have a short-notice need for the space, you are still welcome to submit a request, however, this may produce a lower likelihood of availability. You will receive an email acknowledgment of your request immediately after it's submitted, but please allow 48 business hours to receive an answer on space availability.

Provide short details such as the club or department name for a meeting, the topic for a workshop, subject for study group, or a description of your event request if you chose "other."
