Insurance Pre-Licensing Courses

Eastern Florida State College's continuing education program, in partnership with OnLine Training (OLT), offers state-approved, high-quality 100% online insurance pre-licensing courses to kickstart and advance your Florida insurance career.

Upon registration, expect to receive your username and password within one to two business days (excluding Fridays, when EFSC is closed).

Upon successfully completing this course, you'll earn the state-recognized Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) designation and won't need to take the state exam, setting you up for immediate entry into the insurance field.

If you work for a year as a RCSR (4-40), you can then opt to take the 2-20 conversion course and become eligible for the corresponding state exam.
