InnovateED: GROW with AI is the college’s yearlong initiative to explore, implement, and reflect on the role of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. Through workshops, demonstrations, and shared practices, faculty and staff will cultivate innovative, ethical, and effective approaches to AI integration across the curriculum.

Step into The Grove, a faculty-led space where big ideas take root and bold conversations
grow. This collegial discussion group invites faculty from all disciplines to gather,
reflect, and explore the evolving role of higher education in an AI-powered world.
Together, we’ll dig into questions like:
- What does it mean to teach in a time of intelligent machines?
- How do we move beyond tools and rethink pedagogy itself?
- Where do faculty fit in as edtech accelerates?

Looking to try something new but short on time? Sprout Sessions are bite-sized, 30-minute bursts of practical inspiration designed for busy faculty curious about teaching with AI.
Each virtual session offers:
• A quick, interactive demonstration of an AI use you can try right away
• A conversational format with room for Q&A and sharing ideas
• Classroom-ready takeaways that work across disciplines
We’re planting seeds of innovation, so join us to explore simple, impactful ways AI can enhance teaching, spark creativity, and support student success. Held monthly on Thursday afternoons via Teams. Topics are subject to change given the fast-pace applications of AI.
