You don't need to take a placement test or complete any general education courses to join the Real Estate Specialist program! You can enroll at any time, as the program has ongoing admissions. Brief Costs and Financial Aid Eligibility
The in-state tuition for this certificate is around $1,250, excluding any lab fees and course materials. While Federal financial aid is not available due to the program's short duration, you can use Florida Bright Futures Scholarships, Florida Prepaid funds, or the Nelnet Payment Plan to cover the tuition costs. Eligible students also may have access to external scholarships or Veterans Educational Benefits for additional financial support.
