Who can use the Academic Success Centers?

The Academic Success Centers are exclusively for registered EFSC students (including dual-enrolled high school students).

When you arrive, kindly sign in using the computer at the entrance to the ASC. Detailed instructions for the sign-in process can be found next to the computer.

When are the Academic Success Centers open?

Do I need to make an appointment?

Virtual tutoring is available by appointment only.

On campus, we welcome and will make every effort to accommodate walk-ins, but we recommend that you make an appointment to reduce your potential wait time.

How long does a tutoring session last?

The duration of an ASC tutoring session varies but typically ranges from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the content that you'd like to address.

Can my children accompany me and wait while I visit an Academic Success Center?

According to the EFSC Student Code of Conduct (Appendix A, Item 9), children who are not currently enrolled at Eastern Florida are not permitted in classes or labs — including the Academic Success Centers — and must be accompanied by an adult while in the common areas of any college building.

How do I schedule testing?
