The Florida SBDC at Eastern Florida State College is a subcenter of the Florida SBDC at UCF, a member of the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, providing essential support to small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Brevard County area. Located at Eastern Florida State College, the SBDC offers a range of services designed to help businesses grow and succeed.
Services provided by the SBDC at Eastern Florida State College include:
No-Cost Business Consulting: One-on-one, confidential consulting services to help business owners with various aspects of their business, including business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Training and Workshops: Educational programs and workshops on key topics like business planning, digital marketing, financial management, and strategic growth. These workshops aim to equip business owners with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Market Research and Data Analysis: Access to valuable market research and industry data to help businesses make informed decisions and understand their competitive landscape.
Access to Capital Assistance: Guidance on obtaining funding, including help with preparing loan applications, understanding different financing options, and connecting with potential lenders or investors.

The SBDC at Eastern Florida State College is part of the Florida SBDC Network, a statewide
program accredited by the Association of America's SBDCs and funded in part by the
U.S. Small Business Administration, Department of Defense, State of Florida, and other private and public partners,
with the University of West Florida serving as the network's lead host institution.
Florida SBDC services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Language
assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals. The
FSBDC is officially designated by the state as Florida's primary provider of business
assistance under Florida Statute § 288.001.
