EFSC Plans Preview Night For Parents Of High Schoolers

April 05, 2022

Eastern Florida State College will host a virtual Parent Preview Night event on Tuesday, April 26 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. to learn how students can earn college credits while still in high school.

Parent participants will gain valuable information about early admissions, the Dual Enrollment program and Advance Standing Credit programs, as well as an introduction to the rigors of college coursework.

The online event will provide in-depth information about the highlighted programs, including their benefits and the general processes to get public, private and home-schooled students enrolled.

The workshop will help parents get their students ready for college and career planning as they learn about pathways to jumpstart college coursework, how to reduce the time it takes to complete a degree, and save money and strengthen university applications.

Registration for the online event is required and can be accessed by visiting online at easternflorida.edu/go/dualpreview
