Professional Training Courses

Eastern Florida State College's Public Safety Institute offers Advanced and Specialized Training Courses for professionals working as law enforcement, corrections, or correctional probation officers.

  • Officers: See calendar and course flyers below. Contact your agency's authorized training representative to facilitate your registration for classes, with approval by the appropriate chain of command.

  • Training Representatives: Contact the Advanced Training Coordinator at advtraining@titans.easternflorida.edu with questions about the registration process.

  • Training Authorization Forms (15A/Agency Approval Letters) are required for all officers in order to attend classes.

  • ALL CLASSES ARE TUITION TRUST FUNDED FOR REGION VII SWORN OFFICERS. Seating priority will be given to sworn officers of Brevard County first, then remaining Region VII officers. Seats are available to all others on a space available basis only. Inactive officers or non-sworn individuals who are not affiliated as paid full-time support personnel with a law enforcement or correctional agency may attend only those classes which indicate a Tuition Rate.

  • Attendance Policy: Full attendance is mandatory for all Advanced & Specialized Courses.

  • Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. There must be sufficient attendance to support the costs to run classes.

Thank you for allowing EFSC to service your training needs.
