Get In the Game
Intramural sports give EFSC students a casual way to get moving, meet other Titans, and enjoy some friendly competition outside the classroom. You don’t need varsity experience, a full team, or years of practice to take part; just come ready to play, try something different, and have a good time!
Fall 2026 Tournaments and Events
We're still planning our fall events, but past intramural offerings included Beach Volleyball, Pickleball, Kickball, Table Tennis, and Flag Football. Each one has a different pace, so students can find something that fits how they like to play.
Beach Volleyball keeps things casual and outdoors. Pickleball is easy to learn, though the games can get competitive quickly. Kickball brings back a familiar favorite, and Table Tennis works well for students who prefer faster, smaller matchups. Flag Football gives students a chance to play as part of a team without the demands of a full athletic season.
Offerings may change as new activities are added, so check the current schedule for dates, locations, and sign-up information.
Make Some Noise with the EFSC Pep Band
The EFSC Pep Band brings live music to athletic events, College functions, and community appearances throughout the year. At home games, the band helps keep the crowd involved and gives Titan student-athletes a real game-day atmosphere. Members also represent EFSC at special events across the community like at the EFSC Foundation Annual Scholarship Golf Classic, the BBQ Cook-Off and Family Fest, community holiday parades, and other selected events.
Season and Rehearsals
The main Pep Band season runs from October through March, with information sessions usually held in mid-September. Some additional performances may take place in April and May. From October through December, the band rehearses once a week. Rehearsal locations alternate between the Cocoa and Melbourne campuses, while athletic performances are held on the Melbourne Campus.
Joining the Band
The Pep Band is open to current EFSC students who play brass, woodwind, or percussion instruments and would like to continue performing while they’re in college. No audition is required, although members are expected to prepare the music and be ready to perform. Continued participation is determined by the director.
Performance hours may also count toward volunteer service requirements.
EFSC has a limited number of instruments available for student use, including drumline equipment, sousaphones, and a small selection of wind instruments. Students who don’t own an instrument are still encouraged to reach out, though participation will depend on what is available.

Support Your Titans
For students looking to be more involved on campus, intramurals can also be an easy starting point. A game gives people something to talk about, and it’s often less awkward than walking into a room where everyone already seems to know one another.
When you’re not playing, grab a friend and cheer on EFSC teams at a home game. Admission is free for all home athletic games on the Melbourne Campus, and you can find schedules, scores, and upcoming matchups on the Titan Athletics website.
