Medical Assistant Program Open House April 10th

Eastern Florida State college will host an Open House for its Medical Assistant Specialist certificate program on Wednesday, April 10 from 4 – 7 p.m. on its Palm Bay Campus, located at 250 Community College Pkwy. In Bldg. 1, Room 343.
This in-person event will provide the chance to network with faculty, advisors and current students to learn more about a career in this exciting healthcare field.
Medical assistant students train in a variety of clinical skills, including taking vital signs and medical histories, non-intravenous injections, phlebotomy procedures, diagnostic testing, surgical techniques and assisting, and pharmaceutical principles and administration of medication.
Attendees will also receive assistance in applying for the Fall 2024 term.
