EFSC Wind Ensemble Performing Fall Concert

The Eastern Florida State College Wind Ensemble will present a fall concert entitled “Carnivals and Canzonas” on Friday, Dec. 5,, 7:30 p.m. at the Cocoa Campus Simpkins Center.

Under the direction of their conductor, James Bishop, the Ensemble will play the music of Camille Saint-Saens, Vassily Kalinnikov, Peter Mennin, Alexander Scriabin and Percy Grainger.

A special feature of the evening will be a performance of the P.D. Q. Bach, “Grand Serenade for an Awful Lot of Winds and Percussions.”

General admission is $6. Tickets will be sold at the door. The Simpkins Center is located at 1519 Clearlake Road.
