National Library Week

Discover the wonders of knowledge and celebrate the joy of reading during National Library Week at EFSC! This special event honors the vital role that libraries play in our communities and promotes the importance of literacy and access to information. EFSC's libraries have put together a variety of exciting activities that showcase the wealth of resources available to students, faculty, and the wider community. Stop by your campus library to check out new offerings, laptops, and board games.

Week-LONG LIBRARY ACTIVITY

From April 19-25, 2026, “Find Your Joy,” at the library. Stop by and share what brings you joy about your campus library! Write on our whiteboard and grab a treat or small gift (while supplies last), including coloring bookmarks, colored pencils, light snacks, and refreshments.

Alternatively, students can participate virtually by emailing librarystaff@easternflorida.edu and share what brings you joy about your campus library!

Whether you're a bookworm or a curious learner, National Library Week is the perfect time to celebrate the transformative power of libraries and all they have to offer.
