Hispanic Heritage Month

Celebrate the rich cultural heritage and contributions of the Hispanic community during Hispanic Heritage Month!

This vibrant month-long celebration, observed nationally from September 15th to October 15th, pays tribute to the histories, cultures, and achievements of Hispanic and Latinx individuals. Join us through cultural performances, educational workshops, art exhibitions, guest speakers, and more — all aimed at fostering understanding and appreciation for Hispanic culture.

Online Library Event

EFSC libraries are hosting a fun, educational activity for all students, offering a bilingual word search using this year’s Hispanic Heritage theme, “Unidos somos más.” Click here to download the Word Search activity form or visit your campus library in person to pick up your activity form. Turn in your completed form at the library circulation desk to receive snacks/refreshments while supplies last. Students can also submit their completed form online to librarystaff@easternflorida.edu.
