Community Service

As a member of the AFC, you are part of a state-wide family that serves the community. One of our core values is helping others in need. This includes food banks, homeless shelters, children's hospitals, veteran services, and any local need. It also means helping out our own members experiencing hardships like hurricane damage, illness, or financial burdens.

Innovation

Sharing ideas is one of the things that makes AFC shine. Professionals at any level within the 28 state colleges can share and learn from one another to enhance best practices throughout the college system. Each year, these innovations are recognized at the Annual Conference through the Commissions, Regions, and Chapters of AFC.
