Student Government Association

We want you to have a voice on campus, and that's where the Student Government Association (SGA) comes in! A student-run organization, the SGA is comprised of an SGA Council that serves the entire study body, as well as four campus-based SGA Activity Boards.

Collegewide SGA Council 2022-2023

The collegewide SGA Council handles funding requests for events, activities, and travel made by student clubs, organizations, individuals, and groups. Its meetings alternate to accommodate North End requests (Cocoa and Titusville Campuses only) and South End requests (Melbourne and Palm Bay Campuses only).

Campus SGA Activity Boards

The SGA Activity Boards work alongside the Student Life Coordinators on each campus to create and implement campus events and activities that foster student engagement. These events provide opportunities for students to gather, network, and enjoy campus activities that enhance their collegiate experience, in addition to increasing social awareness of campus initiatives, student clubs, and monthly themes and celebrations that bring the community together.

Campus-Specific SGA Activity Boards and Student Ambassador applications are accepted year-round through the online SGA Application.
