Tech resources and support for online students

Your most important technical resource is of course the Canvas Learning Management System. Visit the Canvas support page for more resources on this online classroom. In addition to Canvas, Eastern Florida Online instructors utilize several software services and web-based applications listed below which are operated by third parties in order to provide the most effective tools and educational opportunities during eLearning courses.

In order for students to use these services, they must purchase a new textbook package that includes an access code. If purchasing used textbooks, students must purchase a new access code. A courtesy code, which provides free access to course material for 14 days, is available for select programs. To avoid delays in completing their coursework, students must upgrade to full access before the 14-day course access period expires.

Please note that support for third party tools is not available through Canvas or EFSC. If you experience difficulty using any of the following tools, please directly contact the third party's support team for assistance via the links in the accordion.
