A Message from Eastern Florida State College's President

On Friday, April 24, 2020, Eastern Florida State College President Dr. Jim Richey emailed students with a message of gratitude for their extraordinary efforts during these challenging times.

Dear EFSC Students:

As the end of the Spring Term nears, I want to thank you for everything you have done to make the term a success amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many of you faced a major change in moving from in-person classes to online formats and adapted in a remarkable way. Your resilience in the face of adversity is a testament to your character and determination to let nothing stop you from achieving your goals.

I am extremely proud of you and the inspiration you have given to our college community.

I would also like to encourage you to continue your education this Summer with 100 percent Online classes that can be taken from the safety of your home.

If you have not already registered for Summer Term classes, please do so soon.
