Children's Classic Pinocchio Coming to Simpkins Center Stage

October 13, 2016 - The Eastern Florida State College Performing and Visual Arts Department will present the play "Pinocchio" by Greg Banks on October 28-29.

Pinocchio castThis play for children of all ages is a fast-paced version of the classic tale based on the story by Carlo Collodi.

It’s presented in a story-within-a-story format, incorporating the audience’s imagination to reinforce the universal importance of telling the truth.

Performances will be held on the Cocoa Campus in the Simpkins Fine Arts Center (Bldg. 4) on the main stage, scheduled for Friday, October 28 at 7 PM and Saturday, October 29 at 11 AM and 2 PM.

General admission tickets are $5 and are available at the door.
