Menswar is Chief Experience Officer for Banding People Together, a consulting group that uses rock stars, hit songwriters and collaboration experts to help organizations and their people succeed.

An award winning singer-songwriter, he is best known for fronting the acclaimed band Big Kettle Drum.

His work has also influenced the culture of companies like ESPN, Microsoft, Cisco, Sony Pictures, Hard Rock International, Hilton and others.

Locally, he’s the founding co-pastor of Nomad Community Church in Melbourne and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society of Brevard.

“Brant brings energy and fun to his presentations that make them entertaining and informative,” said Eastern Florida President Dr. Jim Richey. “Students will enjoy it and won’t want to miss what he has to say.”

The lecture series is named after Bernard Simpkins, a highly successful entrepreneur and Space Coast business leader who established the sessions that have brought some of nation’s top business leaders to Brevard.

A Simpkins endowment also started the college’s Business Entrepreneurship Program to educate the next generation of business innovators.
