9 AM, Sunday Update: EFSC officials are closely monitoring the track of Tropical Storm Ian, which is expected to become a major hurricane and impact Florida's west coast and other regions of the state including Central Florida. Now is the time to review preparation tips. Brevard County has opened a sandbag pick-up location on EFSC's Palm Bay Campus in the north parking lot from 8 AM to 6 PM Sunday, which could impact campus traffic patterns. Updates will be shared here and via text and social media alerts as needed.

EFSC Board of Trustees April Meeting Set

April 5, 2021 - The Eastern Florida State College Board of Trustees will hold its bi-monthly business meeting on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 9 a.m. on the Melbourne Campus in the Student Union (Bldg. 16), 2nd floor in the Conference Center.

The Melbourne Campus is located at 3865 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935. The public is invited to attend.

Please be advised that due to the Center for Disease Control’s recommendations and the College’s COVID-19 Transitional Operations Plan Phase 3, the in-person attendance to this meeting will be limited.

Persons seeking to attend the in-person meeting must wear facial coverings at all times and follow social distancing guidelines. Persons not wearing or refusing to wear a facial covering or refusing to follow social distancing guidelines may be escorted off campus by designated officials.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made at this meeting, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard.
