Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: How do I obtain my Student ID number or Student email address?
You can retrieve your Student ID number (B-number) or Titan Student Email address by visiting the Student ID and Email Lookup page.
Starting May 9, 2023, EFSC students must log in to the myEFSC portal and other applications accessed through Titan Sign In with their Titan email address and password. That email address was sent to you when you were accepted to EFSC.
Once logged in you can also retrieve your student ID number by clicking the myGPS icon to visit the degree self-auditing system and you will see your Student ID listed, which begins with a "B".
If you are not able to obtain your Student ID number through the online options above, please contact the Admissions Office at any campus.
Because your student ID number is protected information, you cannot receive your number over the phone. Your records are protected by the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and will not be provided to anyone other than yourself without written permission.
Visit the Titan Self-Service Dashboard to log in or if needed, to reset a forgotten password.
If you have questions about your student email address, reach out to IT Support at 321-433-7600, seven days a week from 7 AM to midnight.
Question 2: How do I resume or check the status of my Application for Admissions?
Visit our online admissions application and enter the email address and password you used to create your application system account. Once the online application has been submitted, check your email for official notifications related to your acceptance. For accepted students, the Message Center available after logging into myEFSC will include communications related to outstanding document requirements.
Question 3: How can I submit an application for Financial Aid?
Visit the federal government's FAFSA website to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Please be sure to include EFSC’s school code, which is 001470 or the site allows you to search for it, to ensure your application is sent to us.
Approximately two weeks after you have submitted your FAFSA, you may check the status of your award information through your student portal. If you are not yet a student, you may contact any campus financial aid office for the status.
Question 4: How can I apply for Scholarships?
Eastern Florida State College offers hundreds of scholarships for EFSC students each year via Titan Scholarships, many of them funded through the generosity of donors to the EFSC Foundation.
