Alert:

EFSC's Palm Bay Campus reopened at noon today following the morning closure due to City of Palm Bay water system improvements. Palm Bay classes have resumed as of noon, and a boil water order is in place for 48 hours through Friday. Water is safe for hand washing and restroom use, but should not be ingested unless boiled for one minute. Students should contact their instructor about any impact on course assignments. This alert will be updated as needed.

Local original programming

WEFS produces original programs ranging from community and College events to arts and culture, business and politics, and news and public affairs. The programming showcases trends and topics important to Brevard County and beyond. You can explore some of the programs in the accordion box below.

EFSC Athletics

WEFS broadcasts select Eastern Florida State College athletic events throughout the year. Live broadcasts are also streamed live on the web via the efsctitans.com website.

Commencement Ceremonies

WEFS broadcasts the bi-annual Eastern Florida State College Commencement ceremonies as a tribute to graduates and their families. This is an exciting way for EFSC and Brevard County residents to celebrate the accomplishments and success of graduates.

Political Forums

In partnership with Florida Today, WEFS broadcasts live coverage of local and state elections. The College also hosts candidate forums that are broadcast on WEFS. On election night, local political analysts, including EFSC political science professors, discuss the results with Florida Today editors as votes are tallied throughout the night.

Florida Today Partnership

This partnership with Brevard County's local newspaper Florida Today delivers all-local Brevard County news and community affairs programming. Watch for future specials on the WEFS program schedule.
