Guide to EFSC Holds and How to Clear Them

The following list represents the type of holds that the College may place on student records, an explanation of what the hold means and what action must be taken to resolve it. Students can view any current holds on their records by logging in to the myEFSC Portal and checking the Message Center where holds are listed, along with an abbreviation for the hold when applicable. Holds may be placed on the student enrollment process for a number of reasons, including outstanding admission requirements, unpaid financial obligations or an incorrect address.
