Students who meet all graduation requirements for any degree or certificate program must apply to graduate to receive their Eastern Florida State College degree, whether or not they plan to attend commencement exercises.

Degrees are not conferred until the end of the term and upon verification that all requirements have been met. Students are responsible for determining that they've met all graduation requirements and have no outstanding financial obligations to the college. Diplomas are mailed approximately six to eight weeks after the end of a term.

EFSC traditionally holds two commencement ceremonies each year at the Melbourne Campus King Center, at the end of the Fall and Spring Terms. Summer graduates are invited to walk in the fall ceremony.

Congratulations To Our Summer 2022 Graduates!

Diplomas are sent to all graduates within 6-8 business weeks after the date of graduation (this timing does not include winter break for fall graduates, but begins when the College reopens).
