How Need Is Determined
Financial Need = Cost of Education - Family ContributionCOST OF EDUCATION includes: tuition, books, supplies, room and board, transportation, and personal expenses.
FAMILY CONTRIBUTION includes parental contribution and/or student contribution. Income, assets, savings, checking accounts, number in household and number in college affect your contribution.
