Student Services Online
Titan Web Services, formerly known as Banner Web, is the student information and registration system for Eastern Florida State College. Use Titan Web Services to:
- Register for classes
- See your current schedule
- Check your final grades
- Make online payments
- Access your records
- Update contact information
You access Titan through the single sign-on myEFSC Portal log in, which is also in the dropdown logins list on each page of the Eastern Florida website. Students log in with their Username, which is their Student Identification Number (B-number) or EFSC student email address, plus password. Faculty and staff can log in with their college network username or college email address.
Inside myEFSC, you will find icons to access Titan Web and other services such as
Canvas and the myGPS Degree Audit tool.
Once you have successfully accessed the secure area of Titan Web, select the correct
menu to access the records you want to view or update. You can also view video tutorials about several of the student services systems.
Titan Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: What is my User ID and Password?
• Your User ID (also called Student Identification Number) is your 9-digit number that begins with a capital "B". Eastern Florida does not use Social Security Numbers as student ID numbers. When you first apply or readmit to Eastern Florida, you will be given your student ID number, either in person or via your new student admission letter. You must protect your ID number, as it is your gateway to your student records.
• For newly admitted students, your log-in information is sent to you in your acceptance letter and email.
• Previously admitted and returning students, your myEFSC password is the password you last used to log in. If you forgot your password, visit the Titan Sign In screen and click the “Forgot Password” option.
• If you do not know your User ID/Student ID number, visit the Student ID Lookup page.
You can also find that "I Don't Remember My Student ID" link on the main myEFSC login page.
• After you have been assigned a User ID, for security reasons, you will be prompted periodically to update your password.
• Because your student ID number is protected information, you cannot receive your number over the phone. Your records are protected by the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and will not be provided to anyone other than yourself without written permission.
Question 2: I forgot my password. How can I get a new password?

You can also call the IT Support Desk at 321-433-7600 and a Technical Support Agent will assist with resetting your password. Have your student ID number available. The IT Support Desk hours are 7 AM to midnight, seven days a week.

Question 4: Why can't I get my User ID over the phone?
Because your student ID number is protected information, you cannot receive your number over the phone. Your records are protected by the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and will not be provided to anyone other than yourself without written permission.
You can lookup the forgotten User ID/Student number using the online system.
To request your student ID number in person, you may go to any campus Student Services office and provide photo ID, or you can download the form using the link below and mail or fax it to any campus. You must attach a legible copy of your driver license for signature verification. Your ID number will be mailed via US Mail.
