Facial Specialty Program
Application Deadline: Dec. 7, 2022 for Spring Term
The Cosmetology Department offers the Facial Specialty program at the Cocoa Campus, providing an affordable, Brevard County based Esthetician school. Admission requires a special application process. Program graduates receive a Career and Technical Certificate (CTC).
This program is intended to prepare students for employment as Estheticians (facial specialists). They may work in beauty salons, day spas, dermatologist offices, plastic surgeons' offices, and major cosmetic companies, as well as theme parks as make-up specialists. Classroom and clinical instruction prepare the student to function as an esthetician in varied settings and roles. Instruction at EFSC's esthetician program is designed to qualify students for obtaining a registration from the State Board of Cosmetology.
Accepted students will attend a group orientation conducted by the instructor of the program. They will be notified by email to verify the date of the orientation, after the application deadline.
It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure his or her application for the facials specialty program is complete.
