Building confident writers

Located in the Academic Success Center in Building 1, Room 234, the Palm Bay Writing Center team recognizes how difficult writing can be, and we are here to help. We assist EFSC students, staff and faculty through all stages of the writing process, from topic selection and conceptualization to polishing final drafts.

Our main goal is to help you write an organized, clear, effective document by way of one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions. While we will not compose or edit a paper for the writer, we have the tools and knowledge to guide you through almost any writing task.

In addition to constructive tutoring sessions, we offer:

• Writing resources including grammar handbooks, reference sheets and citation guides
• Workshops on writing topics
• Academic use computers with Microsoft Office
