Anita Juilianna

Oboe, Bassoon and English Horn

Anita Juilianna, adjunct faculty teaching double reeds, holds a B.A. in Music from Florida State University. She is currently English hornist and 2nd oboist for the Brevard Symphony Orchestra. She has freelanced in the Central Florida area with various organizations including the Orlando Philharmonic, Walt Disney World, community choral societies and touring shows. She's a member of a Brevard Symphony Orchestra woodwind trio. Previous orchestral playing appointments include principal oboist of the Albany, GA Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Juilianna also taught in the Brevard Public School system as an elementary music teacher — her program had approximately 120 string students and a chorus of more than 100 students.

Ms. Juilianna's administrative orchestral work experience includes assistant manager of the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra and general manager of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra. Currently, she serves as librarian of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra.

Ms. Juilianna maintains a successful and large private studio of oboe and English horn students. In addition, she works as a double reed clinician in various Brevard County schools.
