***Late Registration $50 Fee: How to Avoid
Class Participation Guidelines: On-Campus, Hybrid and eLearning
****Add/Drop - Week of Financial Responsibility: Students are financially responsible for all courses that appear on their schedule as of the end of add/drop for each session. Students must drop unwanted courses by the end of add/drop.
TUITION PAYMENT PLAN: Students who have registered for the NELNET PAYMENT PLAN should be aware that they must register for all courses they plan to take prior to the first initial fee due date of the semester. It is the student's responsibility to contact NELNET for any adjustments to their NELNET plan due to adding or dropping courses. EFSC cannot make any adjustments to NELNET’s contracted deadlines.
DELINQUENT/DEFAULTED ACCOUNTS: Students are responsible to reimburse EFSC the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage not to exceed 33% of the debt, including attorney fees and court costs. In addition to Eastern Florida State College academic standards and policies, students must agree to comply with the terms and conditions specified in the Registration and Financial Responsibility Agreement in order to enroll for courses at Eastern Florida State College. Students must also agree to abide by rules and regulations described in the EFSC Catalog and EFSC Student Handbook.
LATE COURSE ADDITIONS: Students should be aware that they are responsible for meeting instructor requirements for all courses. Adding a class late, even during add/drop, does not preclude students from completing assignments and attendance required beginning the first day of class.
