Applications Open for 911 Public Safety Telecommunications Program
August 19, 2014 - Eastern Florida State College's Public Safety Institute is accepting applications for the program that leads to a career as an emergency 911 dispatcher.
The 911 Public Safety Telecommunications Night Academy will run Monday through Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The deadline to apply for this part-time program is Sept. 4, 2014. Classes begin on Sept. 29, 2014.

This class meets the educational requirements for Florida Department of Health 911 Emergency Dispatcher Certification.
