College Supporting 'Strides for Education' Fundraiser

December 6, 2012 - BCC is proud to join a number of local organizations in supporting the 2012 “Strides for Education” 5K Fun Walk/Run on the Melbourne Campus this Saturday, Dec. 8.

The event starts at 5 p.m. at the BCC Melbourne Campus on N. Wickham Road.

Proceeds benefit the Brevard Schools Foundation’s Take Stock in Children Program, providing college scholarships to the county’s low-income students.

The event is open to individuals, families, companies and local organizations. It features family-friendly activities, giveaways, t-shirts, goodie bags and even entertainment.
