Parking Update: To ease parking congestion on EFSC's Melbourne Campus, students, faculty and staff may park in the large King Center lot. Additional parking is also available at the Tennis Complex accessed from Post Road near Sherwood Elementary. Help for Special Needs Children Focus of BCC Workshops


October 30, 2012 - The Brevard Community College Lab School will offer special workshops for parents and teachers of special needs children on Tuesdays, Nov. 13, 20, 27 and Dec. 4 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on the BCC Melbourne Campus, Building 7, Room 114.

Topics include strategies for helping the learning disabled child make adjustments in the classroom; the secrets to “turning on the tuned out child,” and helping children with learning disabilities find social success.

The cost is $40 and includes four classes. Child care is available for $6 per child, per night, and is available with advanced registration.
