Chick-Fil-A Leadercast


April 4, 2012, Brevard County, FL - The Brevard Community College Cocoa Campus is the site of this year’s Chick-Fil-A Leadercast, scheduled on Friday, May 4 in the Bernard Simpkins Fine Arts Center, 1519 Clearlake Road. A collaborative effort of the Brevard Community College Foundation, Brevard County Government and LEAD Brevard, the Leadercast will he held from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

 Tickets for the general public are $60 per person and include a continental breakfast and lunch. Discounts are available for BCC students, alumni, faculty and staff, as well as for LEAD Brevard members and Brevard County employees.

 The event will be broadcast live from Atlanta, GA and offers participants a unique opportunity to hear from some of the top business leaders in the world on the choices they made and how those choices define them as leaders.

This year’s “Leaders” include: Soledad O’Brien, Anchor for CNN’s morning show, Starting Point; Tim Tebow, NFL quarterback and former University of Florida BCS Champion quarterback;

Patrick Lencioni, Founder and President of The Table Group; Marcus Buckingham, British-

American New York Times best-selling author, researcher and business consultant; John

Maxwell, an evangelical author of more than 60 books, primarily focused on leadership; Angela Ahrendts, Businesswoman and CEO of Burberry, a British luxury fashion house; Roland Fryer, the 2011 Macarthur Foundation Fellow and economist focused on the causes and consequences of economic disparity; Urban Meyer, head football coach at Ohio State University who led the University of Florida Gators to two BCS National Football Championships; Andy Stanley, senior pastor of North Point Community Church, and founder of North Point Ministries; and Sheena Iyengar, Inaugural S.T. Lee Professor of Business in the Management Division of Columbia Business School.
