4 Under 40
This program is a partnership between Eastern Florida State College and LEAD Brevard, a community-based organization committed to developing leaders and engaging citizens in Brevard. Every year four young professionals under the age of 40 in Brevard County are recognized by LEAD Brevard for their contributions to the community.
WEFS broadcasts the bi-annual Eastern Florida State College Commencement ceremonies as a tribute to graduates and their families. This is an exciting way for EFSC and Brevard County residents to celebrate the accomplishments and success of graduates.
In partnership with Florida Today, WEFS broadcasts live coverage of local and state elections. The College also hosts candidate forums that are broadcast on WEFS. On election night, local political analysts, including EFSC political science professors, discuss the results with Florida Today editors as votes are tallied throughout the night.
