Rhodes, a freshman from Bournemouth, England, played a crucial role defensively as BCC won three games last week allowing only one goal, that one coming on a penalty kick.

Kumaning, a freshman from London, England, scored two goals and recorded two assists in the three games including the one on the goal by sophomore Courtney Hueston that allowed BCC to defeat Polk State College 1-0 and qualify for the NJCAA Division I postseason.

This is the second time Kumaning has been honored this season.

Kumaning's and Rhodes efforts resonated with head coach Jeff Carr.

"Sue and Jade were instrumental in us going 3-0 last week," Carr said. "Sue scored some big goals and was all over the field attacking and defending. Jade did an outstanding job as a defender and going forward was very dangerous. She helped us get two clean sheets last week. They both are playing fantastic."
