Eastern Florida's victory, the second over Darton on the Cavaliers home field this season, moved its record to 12-1-1 and extended its unbeaten streak to 12 games.
The victory also marked the first time Darton had been shut out this season and gave first-year Eastern Florida a 2-0-1 mark in its three games with the Cavaliers this season.
Muir scored 38 seconds into the second half and while Eastern Florida had the better run of play it could not convert until Foster struck with 12 minutes to go.
Darton's goalkeeper ventured far out to the right of the goal to challenge an attacker and muffed the chance leaving the net empty. Gavin took advantage by firing a rocket of a shot that found the left back corner.Eastern Florida assists went to James Togbah and Keenan King.
From there Eastern Florida's defenders and stellar goalkeeper freshman Jorge Madera held off desperate Darton attacks for the victory.
Eastern Florida beat Georgia Perimeter 2-1 on Sept. 21 and has not lost to a Georgia team in eight meetings this season.
