BCC head coach Jeff Carr spoke highly of Bales, Fassnidge, Kumaning and Williams.

"Katlyn had the game of her life and basically put the team on her back in the semifinal against Tyler," Carr said. "What a special game for her and the team.

"Heather, Jess and Sue had a great week in the national tournament. They are all so deserving of the recognition they received from the other coaches making the all-tournament team. They made significant contributions to the success of the team all season. What a great ride."
