EFSC Men's Basketball Completes 2014-15 Signing Class

Aug. 28, 2014 - Eastern Florida men's basketball head coach Jeremy Shulman has rounded out his 2014-2015 recruiting class.

Shulman most recently secured the signatures of Jacksonville products Terrell Miller, a 6-foot, 7-inch, 250-pound power forward, Lamont Dunnam, a 6-6, 200-pound shooting forward and Zavier Peart, a 6-9, 260-pound center.

Miller had signed with the University of Central Florida. At Arlington County Day in Jacksonville he had 24 double-doubles as a senior and was named MVP of a team that included five Division I signees.

Miller also had considered Wichita State, DePaul, LSU and San Francisco.

Dunnam graduated from Jacksonville Raines High and joins Jacksonville Ribault product and 2014 signee Daishon Smith a 6-foot, 160-pound guard who signed earlier with the Titans.

Peart graduated from Miami's Coral Reef High and averaged 13 points and seven rebounds as a senior. He also received NCAA Division I offers in volleyball from Penn State and Indian-Purdue Fort Wayne among others.

Earlier Shulman secured the signatures of NCAA Division I transfers Payton Hulsey, a 6-4 guard, 200-pound from Memphis, Tennessee and Western Kentucky University and Kyle Meyer, a 6-10, 225-pound center/forward from Johns Creek, Georgia and the University of Iowa.

Also signed are Marcus Barham, a 6-4, 165-pound forward from Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, Melbourne, Florida; Djordge Beronja, a 6-6, 235-pound forward from Secondary Grammar School Petar Kocic, Novi Grad, Bosnia and Herzegovinia; and Dalon Evans, a 6-4, 200-pound guard from Huffman High in Birmingham, Alabama.

Returning from the 2013-2014 Titans team that won its second consecutive Florida College System Activities Association Southern Conference title while finishing 24-7, are sophomore signees Demetrius McReynolds, a 6-2, 205-pound guard/forward from Butler High in Louisville, Kentucky; Landus Anderson, a 6-6, 180-pound forward from Florida High in Tallahassee, Florida; and Jermohn Queen, a 5-8, 165-pound guard from Stuart, Florida and Martin County High.

Eastern Florida opens its home season in the Melbourne Campus gym on Nov. 4 against ASA College-Miami. The Titans are riding a 31-game home winning streak and Shulman's record in his four seasons at Eastern Florida sits at 89-39, 50-14 over the past two campaigns.
