New Online Payment System

Attention Students: Effective Monday, March 9, 2015, EFSC transitioned to a new online payment system called SmartPay, which took the place of the former online payment system. You access it the same way through myEFSC & the secure Titan Web portal. You can view a current schedule bill and designate other parties to make payments on your behalf. A convenience fee of 2.75% will be assessed per credit card transaction. Payments made online via a checking account will not be assessed a convenience fee. With this change, the Cashier offices on each campus, no longer process credit card payments in person or via phone. They accept only Cash or Check payments at their locations.

Students can also check the Payment Plan page for information about our pay-over-time option. If using a Florida Prepaid College Plan, check that web page for information about paying fees through that method.

For your convenience, online payments are accepted via checking, savings and credit cards ( VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). There will be a 2.75% convenience fee per credit card transaction. There will be no convenience fee when making a payment with your checking or savings account. Please have your routing and bank account numbers available if paying by checking or savings online.

  • Select Titan Web Services in upper left of page
  • Select: Student Services
  • Select: Accounts Receivable
  • Select: Account Summary/Pay Student Account
  • Select: Click here to Pay Fees or Enroll in Tuition Payment Plan
  • Select: Pay by Check or Credit Card
  • Follow prompts to process your payment

Fall 2016 FEES:

Classes starting Aug. 15: Fees due by 5 PM, Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016

Classes starting Sept. 12: Fees due by 5PM, Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016

Classes starting Oct. 10: Fees due by 5 PM, Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016
