BankMobile Refund Information & Activation

Eastern Florida State College has partnered with BankMobile, formerly Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education.  BankMobile disbursements is committed to delivering great customer service and providing you with clear choices-as well as quick, easy and secure access to your money. Please do not throw away this important mailer since it’s your ticket to a faster refund.

BankMobile is designed to provide you with increased choice when it comes to receiving your financial aid or school refund, including the BankMobile Vibe account,  the fastest and easiest way to gain access to your refund money.

Once you receive your Refund selection kit in the bright green envelope, please activate your Personal Code at Refundselection.com as soon as you receive it.  Enter your personal code to start that process, which will include choosing your refund method preference. Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund from EFSC, we may have a refund for you in the future. If you have more questions, check our refund process FAQ page.

Students with existing Higher One Accounts will continue to use them with the same great benefits under the BankMobile name.  Any changes to your refund preference can be made at EFSCCard.com.

Is your current address up-to-date?
If you’re not sure that Eastern Florida has your current mailing address, please take a moment to visit the myEFSC portal to update your address information. Your Refund Selection Kit will be mailed to your current address on file with the college so it’s critical that you verify your mailing address and update it whenever needed.
