Note:

Parking Update: To ease parking congestion on EFSC's Melbourne Campus, students, faculty and staff may park in the large King Center lot. Additional parking is also available at the Tennis Complex accessed from Post Road near Sherwood Elementary. Please be sure your parking permit is on your vehicle and remember that parking is only allowed in marked spaces, and is not allowed on the grass. Thank you for your patience and courtesy during this busy period.

A student may determine the grade points for each course by multiplying the number of quality points the grade is worth times the number of credit hours the course carries. For example, a B in a three (3) credit course is worth nine (9) points and an A in the same course carries twelve (12) points.

The grade point computation is found by adding the total point values for all courses and dividing by the total number of credit hours attempted during the same period of time.

Quality Points:  A=4    B=3    C=2    D=1    F=0

A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher is required to receive a degree at EFSC. While a student may earn a cumulative average of 2.0 which includes grades of D or F, grades below a C may not be acceptable in some programs and at some colleges and universities.
