Titan Scholarships Update
The online Titan Scholarships system for Spring Term 2017 Eastern Florida State College scholarships opened on Monday, October 3, 2016 and will close at 11:59 PM EDT on Tuesday, October 25. Log in to the myEFSC portal and click the Titan Scholarships icon to start the application process. Current and accepted students are encouraged to apply through the EFSC scholarship system and also should research external scholarships and apply for need-based financial aid.
Scholarships are a form of student aid that’s considered a gift that a student does not have to repay. They’re often based on scholastic achievement or special talent and some scholarships consider a student’s financial need. Remember that any outside aid, including scholarships, is considered in your aid package and must be reported to the Office of Financial Aid.
The Office of Financial Aid encourages students to explore the scholarship opportunities available from EFSC and from outside organizations. Additionally all high school seniors are encouraged to apply for Bright Futures Scholarships.
Students seeking financial assistance should submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for loans, grants and work-study.
Be sure to check your Titan email as it's the primary way the Financial Aid office communicates with you about your aid and scholarship package.
